Edit: I am able to download some mods by going to the mod page, going into the files, and opening the "download manually" link in a new tab however this doesn't work with a lot of mods I wish to use so this won't work long term. Q: When I download some mods the download shows a warning sign and it doesn't haveversion information. "Query Info" also doesn't work. A: There seems to be a limitation in the Nexus protocol that causes the page to only report 30 files to applications. If a mod has more than that, the newer files aren't visible to MO.
